SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow approximately two weeks for shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDX.
A tracking number will be provided via email.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If a wrong delivery address is provided to us, please contact us immediately by email at yourerikadavis@gmail.com

We strive to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is a short delay to correct / change the address of your order. If the package is sent with the wrong address, the courier may not accept to change the address. If the package is returned to us and the buyer requests to ship it again, additional shipping charges will apply.
RETURN & DAMAGED
Returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or shipment delivery.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package.
Products must be in original condition and original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Please email us to authorize the return and reasoning BEFORE you ship anything to us. Presentation of proof of purchase (email address or order confirmation number). No refund or exchange for personalized products.

Damaged Shipment
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED SHIPMENTS!
If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging you should take pictures of the packaging BEFORE you open it to examine the contents. Any damage to the contents should also be documented with photographs.

If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim with the post office is settled. You may be asked to take the damaged items to your local Post Office™ for inspection. Please do not reship the package.
Instructions on how to file a claim can be found at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . You will need to show proof of value (receipt) and proof of damage (pictures) to support your claim.
